I sat down in my living room floor with 2 gigantic boxes at 8:45pm last night. When I got up from that spot it was 1:30am and I was holding over 70 pounds of computing sexiness.
So I got it all put together, and from what I can tell, it's all put together correctly. The fans are spinning, the LEDs are glowing, but after booting it up to take a look at the BIOS... nothing. The monitor doesn't show anything. *sigh*
So today after work I'll go home and try to troubleshoot why it isn't displaying anything. Hopefully today I can get my Windows Vista installed and various software downloaded.
If anyone can offer potential solutions for why nothing is showing on the screen (the monitor doesn't even come out of sleep mode: yellow light), or any online resources for where I might find a solution, hit me back.

My best guess would be video card malfunction. Is the fan on the video card coming on? Is it seated well in the slot?
If you haven't already, try both dvi jacks on the video card.
Since that motherboard has built in graphics, try removing the add on video card and hooking the monitor up to the motherboard graphics.
You can also try moving the video card to another PCIe slot since I think it has two PCIe2.0x16 slots which should fit the card.
Yeah, the graphics card is where I am presuming the problem to be. We will find out in about an hour when I head home to look at it in a little more detail.
This is always such a fun problem... Could be mobo, psu, processor, ram, or video card... One thing you should definitely make sure to do is hook up the pc speaker. Each mobo has a special set of beeps that will actually "somewhat" diagnose the problem for you. You can usually just google for the codes. Also since you have a pretty hefty vid card make sure that there doesn't need to be a power connector there (alot of the cards with an option for SLI have them).
